大跨度钢网架多机整体吊装技术研究

摘要 依托某项目省界安检大棚钢网架安装,对大跨度钢网架整体吊装的技术措施进行了研究,总结出了施工前重点注意事项及四机同步抬吊过程中的核心控制要点。技术措施包括结合现场工况分析制定四机抬吊的技术路线、借助三维建模有限元分析选择钢网架吊点位置、通过验算选择合理的起重设备与吊索具等。上述措施有效提升了网架整体吊装过程的把控力度,实现了大跨度钢网架多台吊机同步提升一次性成功就位,可为同类型工程施工提供参考。 Based on the installation of steel grid frame in provincial border security inspection canopy of a project,the technical measures of integral hoisting of large-span steel grid frame are studied.And the key points of attention before construction and the core control points in the process of four-crane synchronous lifting are summarized.The technical measures include formulating the technical route of four-crane lifting based on the analysis of field working conditions,selecting the position of steel grid lifting point by means of three-dimensional modeling finite element analysis,and selecting reasonable lifting equipment and sling through checking calculation.The above measures effectively improve the control strength of the whole hoisting process of the grid frame,and realize the synchronous lifting of multiple cranes for the largespan steel grid frame in one successful attempt.It can provide reference for the construction of the same type of project.
