机电一体化技术专业人才培养方案改革研究——以朝阳师范高等专科学校为例

Research on the reform of talent training program for mechatronics technology professionals:Taking Chaoyang Teachers College as an example

为培养出更多适应社会发展需求的技术技能型人才,以朝阳师范高等专科学校机电一体化技术专业为例,从明确人才培养目标、合理设置课程体系、合理安排学时、强化实践教学4个方面提出1+X书证融通模式下人才培养方案改革的具体措施.改革后的人才培养方案更加体现培养目标的时代性、教学内容的前沿性、学习方式的自主性和教学过程的实践性,有利于提高学生服务社会的责任感和善于解决问题的实践能力.

In order to cultivate more technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of social development,taking mechatronics technology major of Chaoyang Teachers College as an example,this paper proposed specific measures to reform the talent training program under the 1+X integration mode of Academic and Vocational Certificates from four aspects:clear talent training objectives,reasonable curriculum system setting,reasonable class hours,and strengthening of practical teaching.The reformed talent training program better reflects the times of training objectives,the cutting-edge teaching content,the autonomy of learning methods and the practicality of teaching process,which is conducive to improving students′sense of responsibility for serving the society and their practical ability to solve problems.
