基于3D技术的高职无损检测教学改进策略——以钢轨探伤课程为例

摘要 为提升高职无损检测教学效果,探索将3D技术引入教学的策略.分析了高职无损检测课程在教学内容、数字资源建设和教学方式等方面现存的问题,并以钢轨探伤课程为典型案例,提出构建3D虚拟仿真教学工坊、建设3D动画数字资源库和创新基于3D技术的探究式教学方法.3D技术与高职无损检测教学的有效融合,为数字技术在职业教育中的普及应用提供了新思路. In order to improve the teaching effect of non-destructive testing in higher vocational colleges,the strategies for introducing 3D technology into teaching are explored.The existing problems in the teaching content,digital resources construction and teaching methods of non-destructive testing course in higher vocational colleges are analyzed,and the course of rail flaw detection is taken as a typical case.The construction of 3D virtual simulation teaching workshop,the construction of 3D animation digital resource repository and the innovation of inquiry teaching method based on 3D technology are proposed.The effective integration of 3D technology and higher vocational non-destructive testing teaching provides a new idea for the popularization and application of digital technology in vocational education.
