2012—2021年我国跨境电子商务发展水平测度实证

Empirical measurement of the development level of cross-border e-commerce in China from 2012 to 2021

为提高我国区域跨境电子商务发展水平,从环境规模指数、应用渗透指数、发展能力指数3个方面构建跨境电子商务发展水平评价体系,并基于熵值法和2012—2021年的相关数据进行实证研究.结果表明:我国跨境电子商务发展水平总指数呈逐年上升趋势,且中部地区、西部地区和东部地区3个区域存在差异;跨境电商交易额、从业人员平均工资、电子商务交易企业数、电子商务交易额占GDP的比重和专利申请量5个解释变量对我国区域跨境电子商务发展水平具有不同影响.基于此实证结果,提出以下针对性建议:巩固先导区域高水平发展优势;维持中等地区稳定发展;缩小潜力地区与先导地区和中等地区的发展差距.

To improve the development level of regional cross-border e-commerce in China,an evaluation system for the development level of cross-border e-commerce was constructed from three aspects:environment scale index,application penetration index,and development capacity index.Empirical research was conducted based on entropy method and relevant data from 2012 to 2021.The results show that the overall index of the development level of cross-border e-commerce in China is on the rise year by year,and there are differences in the three regions of central,western,and eastern China;the five explanatory variables of cross-border e-commerce transaction volume,average salary of practitioners,number of e-commerce transaction enterprises,proportion of e-commerce transaction volume to GDP,and patent application volume have different impacts on the development level of regional cross-border e-commerce in China.Based on this empirical result,the following targeted suggestions are proposed:consolidating the advantages of high-level development in leading regions;maintaining the stable development in medium-sized regions;narrowing the development gap between potential regions and pilot and medium-sized regions.
