焦点解决模式团体辅导对中职附设班学生品格优势的影响

摘要 探究焦点解决模式团体辅导对高职院校中职附设班学生品格优势发展水平的干预效果.采取以班级为单位的随机抽样方式,选取L省某高职院校一年级2个中职附设班共43名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组仅接受常规教学,实验组除接受常规教学之外,还需要接受5周焦点解决模式团体辅导.干预前后采用清华大学积极心理学研究中心编制的中文版品格优势量表进行评定.结果表明:干预后实验组在好学、毅力、领导力、好奇心、自我控制5个品格优势上得分显著提升;除自我控制外,其余4个品格优势得分显著高于对照组.可见,通过焦点解决模式团体辅导干预方案能够有效提升高职院校中职附设班学生的品格优势水平. In order to explore the intervention effect of solution-focused group counseling on the character advantage development level of students in secondary vocational classes affiliated to higher vocational colleges,a class-unit random sampling method was adopted,and 43 students in Grade 1 from 2 secondary vocational classes affiliated to a vocational college in L province were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received only conventional instruction,and the experimental group received 5 weeks′solution-focused group counseling in addition to the conventional instruction.Before and after the intervention,the Chinese Character Strengths Scale,which was developed by the Positive Psychology Research Center of Tsinghua University was used to evaluate.The results show that after intervention,the scores of the experimental group in 5 character advantages such as studiousness,perseverance,leadership,curiosity and self-control improved significantly;except self-control,the other 4 character advantage scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.It can be seen that the solution-focused group counseling intervention program can effectively improve the character advantage level of students in secondary vocational classes affiliated to higher vocational colleges.
