营养护理干预对晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of nutritional nursing intervention on chemotherapy patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumor

研究晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者应用营养护理干预的效果.选取2020年2月—2022年5月因晚期胃肠道肿瘤疾病在安徽省立医院接受化疗的100例患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组50例.对照组接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上接受营养护理干预,比较护理干预前后2组各项营养指标、体重指数(BMI)、生活质量评分和不良反应发生.结果表明:护理干预前,2组各项营养指标、BMI值、生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、BMI值和各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率则低于对照组(P<0.05).将营养护理干预应用于晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者中效果良好,能有效改善各项营养指标,提高患者免疫力,降低化疗不良反应发生率,有助于患者生活质量的提升,可推广应用.

This paper investigate the effect of nutritional nursing intervention on chemotherapy patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors.A total of 100 patients who received chemotherapy for advanced gastrointestinal tumor disease at Anhui Provincial Hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the experimental group and the control group by lot,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received the routine care,while the experimental group received the nutritional nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.All nutritional indexes,body mass index(BMI),quality of life scores and probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.The results show that there is no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the value of various nutritional indicators,BMI and score difference of life quality between the two groups before nursing intervention;the value of the serum albumin,serum prealbumin,BMI and various scores of life quality of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)after nursing intervention,while the probability of adverse reactions of the experimental group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The application of nutritional nursing intervention to chemotherapy patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors has good effects and effectively improve the various nutritional indicators and patients′immunity,as well as reduce the probability of adverse reactions to chemotherapy,all of which is conducive to improving the patients′life quality,and can be promoted and applied.
