高校产教融合中教育公共性危机的批判性反思

Critical Reflection on the Crisis of Educational Publicness in the Integration between Industry and Education in Colleges and Universities

摘要 高校产教融合是高等教育改革的重要方向,旨在提高人才培养的质量和水平,促进经济社会发展。然而,当前高校产教融合中存在着教育公共性危机,表现为利益主导思维、功利主义本位、市场化导向和排他性倾向。基于批判性反思视角,对这四种表现的特征、影响和后果进行深入分析,研究发现,高校产教融合中的教育公共性危机是由当前产教融合中所存在的市场化逻辑、新自由主义治教观和管理主义思想引发的。为了在高校产教融合中实现教育公共性,提出重塑产教融合育人理念、完善产教融合制度、创新产教融合育人模式、培育具有公共性的教育主体等对策建议。 The integration between industry and education in colleges and universities is an important direction of higher education reform,with the goal of improving the quality and level of talent cultivation and promoting economic and social development.However,there is a crisis of educational publicness in the current integration between industry and education in colleges and universities,manifested as interest-dominated thinking,utilitarianism,market-oriented guiding,and exclusivity tendencies.An in-depth analysis of the characteristics,impacts,and consequences of these four manifestations is conducted from the perspective of critical reflection.It is found that the crisis of educational publicness in the integration between industry and education is triggered by the logic of marketization,the neoliberal view of governing education,and the managerialist ideology that exists in the current integration.In order to realize the publicness of education,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as reshaping the educating concept of the integration between industry and education,improving the integration system and institutions,innovating the educating model of the integration between industry and education,and cultivating education subjects with publicness.
