人民法院以审判工作现代化支撑和服务中国式现代化,必须做深做实新时代能动司法。要在习近平法治思想指引下,准确把握能动司法关于坚持党的绝对领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持服务大局、坚持严格公正司法、坚持积极主动作为等五个方面的内涵要求。要将能动司法理念在审判的各领域、各环节一以贯之、落实落细,从学习宣传研究阐释习近平法治思想,做深做实为大局服务、为人民司法,持续深化司法体制改革,一体推进政治素质、业务素质、职业道德素质建设等方面,积极探索推进能动司法的具体路径。

The People's Court,with the modernization of judicial work to support and serve China’s Path to Modernization,must deepen and strengthen the active judiciary in the new era.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,we must accurately grasp the connotation requirements of active judiciary in five aspects:adhering to the absolute leadership of the Party,putting the people at the center,serving the overall situation,adhering to strict and fair justice,and adhering to proactive actions.We must integrate and implement the concept of active judiciary in all fields and stages of trial,and actively exploring specific paths to promote active judiciary by studying,publicizing,researching,and interpreting Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,deepening and serving the overall situation and the people's justice,continuously deepening judicial system reform,and promoting political,professional,and ethical qualities.
