摘要
工程地质钻探在地基基础勘察中起到关键作用,对于评估场地和地基的稳定性至关重要。为了确保工程勘察钻孔地质资料的质量,提出了一种钻孔参数智能测量系统。该系统可感知、判断钻机的工作状态;确定钻机的平面位置;确定钻柱的长度;大致判断土层强度的变化。该智能测量系统可有效监测和控制钻孔地质资料的质量,为工程勘察提供可靠的技术支持。
Engineering geological drilling plays a crucial role in foundation exploration by evaluating the stability of the site and foundation.To ensure the quality of engineering survey drilling geological data,an intelligent measurement system for drilling parameters is proposed.This system can perceive and judge the working status of the drilling rig,determine the planar position of the rig,ascertain the length of the drill pipe,and roughly assess the variation in soil layer strength.The intelligent measurement system effectively monitors and controls the quality of drilling geological data,providing reliable technical support for engineering exploration.
