摘要
针对输电线路装配式基础预制构件自重和工作环境服役的使用要求,开展了人造页岩陶粒、天然浮石两种粗骨料类别的轻骨料混凝土力学和耐久性能试验研究。室内试验结果表明轻骨料混凝土的力学和耐久性能指标良好,可以在输电线路装配式基础中进行试点应用;与浮石轻骨料混凝土相比,陶粒轻骨料混凝土的耐久性能优势更加明显。
According to the requirements for dead-weight of prefabricated components and working conditions,experimental study on the mechanical and durability properties of lightweight aggregate concrete for fabricated foundation of transmission line was conducted.Artificial shale ceramic and natural pumice were used as two categories of coarse aggregates.The laboratory test results show that the mechanical and durability performance indicators of lightweight aggregate concrete are good,which can be applied in fabricated foundation of transmission line.Compared with pumice lightweight aggregate concrete,the durability advantage of ceramic lightweight aggregate concrete is more obvious.
