摘要
对沿海城市某大型设备基础温度控制及测温进行分析,混凝土养护过程中,内部温度降温速率不宜过大,应时刻关注降温速率,随时调整冷却循环水流速,避免因降温温度梯度过大,产生温度裂缝。根据施工研究,适当提高降温速率是可行的,可有效缩短养护周期,并保证混凝土质量。
This article analyzes the temperature measurement and control of a large equipment foundation in a coastal city.During the concrete curing process,the internal temperature cooling rate should not be too high,and attention should be paid to the cooling rate at all times.The flow rate of the cooling circulating water should be adjusted at all times to avoid temperature cracks caused by excessive temperature gradients during the cooling process.Based on practical experience,it is feasible to increase the cooling rate appropriately,which can effectively shorten the curing period and ensure the quality of concrete.
