基于潮流控制器的10 kV配网无功补偿协调控制方法

摘要 为缓解过电压引起的直流功率波动,降低配电网的网损,并为配网运行提供无功支撑,开展了基于潮流控制器的10 kV配网无功补偿协调控制方法的研究。首先,利用潮流控制器,设置10 kV配网潮流调控域。其次,控制配网稳态特性曲线波动,避免配网整流侧的电压数值出现异常变化。最后,基于无功平衡补偿,对配网容量进行协调控制,确保填补的电流量满足配网超负荷运行时所产生的超额消耗,实现无功补偿协调控制的目标。实验分析结果表明,在延长配网运行时间的情况下,应用所提出的协调控制方法后,网损率最高不超过0.5%,能够有效抑制电压波动,降低网损。 In order to alleviate the DC power fluctuation caused by overvoltage,reduce the loss of distribution network and provide reactive power support for distribution network operation,the coordinated control method of reactive power compensation for 10 kV distribution network based on power flow controller is studied.Firstly,the power flow controller is used to set the power flow control domain of 10 kV distribution network.Secondly,the fluctuation of the steady-state characteristic curve of the distribution network is controlled to avoid the abnormal change of the voltage value at the rectifier side of the distribution network.Finally,based on reactive power balance compensation,the capacity of distribution network is coordinated to ensure that the filled current meets the excess consumption caused by overload operation of distribution network,and the goal of coordinated control of reactive power compensation is realized.The experimental results show that the maximum loss rate is less than 0.5%after applying the coordinated control method proposed in this paper,which can effectively restrain voltage fluctuation and reduce network loss.
