With the increasing power demand and the change of energy structure,the distribution network of 110 kV and below plays an increasingly important role in modern society,and the planning and design of distribution network is the key link to ensure the reliability and efficiency of power supply.Because of the complexity and diversity of power system,the planning and design of distribution network involves many elements and technical considerations.This paper deeply analyzes the elements of planning and design of distribution network construction below 110 kV,providing useful guidance and reference for the planning and design of distribution network,so as to improve the reliability,safety and efficiency of power supply.At the same time,the technical innovation and future development trend of distribution network construction are discussed in order to promote the intelligent and sustainable development of distribution network.
