配网自动化终端蓄电池监测装置设计与实现

摘要 针对传统配网自动化终端蓄电池数量多、巡检效率低、无法定期核容以及可靠性低等问题,设计并研制配网柱上开关自动化终端蓄电池状态监测装置。该装置采用单模块采集技术、单模块内阻测试技术、本地蓄电池分析技术以及蓄电池异常诊断技术,实现了在线监测蓄电池电压、内阻、温度等运行状态数据,诊断并预警蓄电池缺陷,提醒配网运行人员及时消除蓄电池隐患,为配网柱上开关自动化终端设备提供安全可靠的直流工作电源,有效防止配网自动化保护因直流失电而出现拒动事件,提高了配网系统的供电可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of large number of batteries in traditional distribution automation terminal,low inspection efficiency,inability to check the capacity regularly and low reliability,a battery state monitoring device for switch automation terminal on distribution column is designed and developed.The device adopts singlemodule acquisition technology,single-module internal resistance testing technology,local battery analysis technology and battery abnormality diagnosis technology,and realizes online monitoring of battery voltage,internal resistance,temperature and other operating state data,diagnosis and early warning of battery defects,reminding distribution network operators to eliminate hidden dangers of batteries in time,providing safe and reliable DC working power for automatic terminal equipment on distribution poles,effectively preventing the automatic protection of distribution network from refusing to operate due to direct power loss,and improving the power supply reliability of distribution network system.
