The article puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the primary equipment failure of ultrahigh voltage direct current converter station.For switching equipment failure,daily maintenance and inspection should be strengthened,and switching operation should be carried out regularly;for flat reactor equipment failure,the model and parameters of the equipment should be reasonably selected,and daily maintenance and inspection should be strengthened;for filter equipment failure,daily maintenance and inspection should be strengthened,and regular patrol and overhaul should be carried out;and for surge arrester failure,daily maintenance and inspection should be strengthened,and preventive test should be carried out regularly.By taking these measures,the occurrence of primary equipment faults in ultra-high voltage direct current converter stations can be effectively reduced,and the stability and reliability of the power system can be enhanced.
