摘要
以六氟磷酸钾和氯化锂为原料,乙腈为溶剂,经混合反应、重结晶、真空条件下拆解制备六氟磷酸锂。对制备、重结晶以及拆解过程产物进行X射线衍射分析,傅里叶红外光谱分析等,分析游离酸含量过高的原因,改进了实验方法。实验结果表明,制备六氟磷酸锂过程中原料的微量水分在旋蒸后增加是产品酸值过高的原因,六氟磷酸锂产品纯度达到商用标准。
This article uses potassium hexafluorophosphate and lithium chloride as raw materials,acetonitrile as solvent,to prepare lithium hexafluorophosphate through mixing reaction,recrystallization,and vacuum disassembly.X-ray diffraction analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,etc.were conducted on the products from the preparation,recrystallization,and disassembly processes to analyze the reasons for the high free acid content.The experimental method was improved.The experimental results showed that the addition of trace water in the raw material during the preparation of lithium hexafluorophosphate after rotary evaporation was the reason for the high acid value of the product,and the purity of the lithium hexafluorophosphate product reached commercial standards.
