某有机化学原料制造企业废水处理工程设计及运行实例

摘要 某有机化学原料制造企业污水站采用芬顿氧化-混凝沉淀-水解酸化-好氧曝气-沉淀组合工艺处理生产生活过程中产生的废水。污水站运行结果表明,该工艺处理出水污染物指标限值满足GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中的三级标准和园区污水处理厂接管标准,经过调试后,污水站出水浓度已能稳定运行、运维管理简单、无二次污染。 Fenton oxidation-coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-aerobic aeration-combined process was used to treat wastewater generated in the production and living process in the wastewater station of an organic chemical raw material manufacturing enterprise.The treatment process,design parameters and operation cost of the sewage station are introduced.The commissioning results of the sewage treatment station show that the pollutant index limit of the effluent treated by the process meets the Class III standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996)and the takeover standard of the sewage treatment plant in the park.After the commissioning,the effluent concentration of the sewage treatment station can operate stably,the operation and maintenance management is simple,and there is no secondary pollution.
