结果治疗后患者咬合功能MMCOF(指力中点最大位移)、AOF(指力不对称指数)、COF(指力中心点位置)等指标较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);而TOF(指力总值)较治疗前明显提升(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者口腔美观度、咀嚼功能、舒适度以及固定性等口腔功能明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的ANB角(指上下齿槽座)、SNA角(指上齿槽座)、UI-NA(指上切牙倾斜度)、OB(指覆盖)、OJ(指覆颌)等指标水平明显降低(P<0.05);而LI-NB(指下切牙倾斜度)、LI-MP(指下中切牙与下颌平面夹角)、SNB(指下齿槽座角)等指标水平明显提高(P<0.05)。结论固定矫治器与肌功能锻炼联合治疗安氏II类畸形患者,可明显改善患者咬合功能、硬组织,对其口腔健康具有积极的影响。
Objective To explore the effects of fixed appliance and muscle function exercise on oral health and occlusal function in patients with class II malformations. Methods From October 2022 to October 2022,92 patients with class II malformations were 2023 in our department of Stomatology, the oral health, occlusal function and the improvement of hard/soft tissue were compared before and after treatment. Results:the occlusal function of MMCOF,AOF and COF were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05)TOF(total finger force)was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the patients'oral functions such as oral esthetics, masticatory function, comfort and fixation were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the ANB angle,SNA angle,UI-NA angle,OB angle and OJ angle were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05)However,the levels of LI-NB,LI-MP and SNB were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combined treatment of fixed appliance and muscle function exercise can obviously improve the occlusal function and hard tissue of patients with class II malformations, and has a positive effect on their oral health.
