摘要
为研究盐胁迫对中山杉幼苗生长的影响,探究了中山杉幼苗耐盐性特点,为江苏东台中山杉栽植产业提供参考及借鉴。设置4个NaCl浓度(0、50、100、150 mmol/L)处理,测定了不同处理中山杉幼苗生长情况、叶绿素含量及光合参数。结果表明:盐胁迫对中山杉幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、光合参数存在显著影响,在NaCl浓度低于100 mg/g时,盐胁迫的影响作用并不显著。中山杉具备一定程度的耐盐性特征,在中山杉幼苗栽植过程中,需选择NaCl浓度低于100mg/g的环境。
This paper studies the effects of salt stress on the growth of Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’seedlings,and explores the characteristics of salt tolerance of Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’seedlings,so as to provide a reference for the planting industry of Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’in Dongtai,Jiangsu.This paper set up four NaCl concentration treatments(0mmol/L,50mmol/L,100mmol/L and 150mmol/L)to measure the growth,chlorophyll content,and photosynthetic parameters of Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’seedlings under different treatments.The results show that salt stress had a significant effect on the growth,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters of Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’seedlings,but the effect of salt stress was not significant when the NaCl concentration was lower than 100 mg/g.It is concluded that Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’has a certain degree of salt tolerance,and it is necessary to choose the environment with NaCl concentration lower than 100mg/g during the planting process of Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’seedlings.
