基于层次分析法的生产型企业绿色办公管理评价指标体系构建

Constructionand on the Evaluation Index System of Production-oriented Enterprises Office Greening Based on AHP

结合我国生产型企业实际现状,基于层次分析法,运用全面质量管理理念,构建了适用于生产型企业的绿色办公管理评价指标体系。结果表明:①绿色办公管理涵盖企业办公的全过程,按照环境管理体系的使用指南,建立了6个一级指标、29个二级指标、92个三级指标的评价体系,与已公布标准具有一致性,能够为企业绿色办公管理和评价提供参考。②垃圾处理、节约用电、节约用水、绿色出行等保护环境、节约资源能源方面的二级指标权重排名在前6位,合计占比38%,是绿色办公管理成效的直观体现。③培训、组织机构、绩效监测、改进提升等管理方面的三级指标有6项权重排名前10,合计占比16%,管理者需要更加关注建章立制、检查考核等管理工作。

According to the actual situation of China's production enterprises,based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the concept of total quality management,the green office management evaluation index system suitable for production enterprises is systematically sorted out and constructed.The results show that:①Green office management covers the entire process of enterprise office.This paper establishes an evaluation system that includes 6 primary indicators,29 secondary indicators,and 92 tertiary indicators in accordance with the guidelines for the use of Environmental Management System.It’s consistent with published standards,and can become a reference guide for green office management and evaluation in enterprises.②The second level indicators of environmental protection and resources conservation,such as garbage disposal,electricity conservation,water conservation and green travel,rank in the top 6,accounting for a total of 38%,which is the most intuitive manifestation of the effectiveness of green office management.③There are six top ten weighted indicators in the management aspects of training,organizational structures,performance monitoring,and improvement,accounting for a total of 16%.Managers need to pay more attention to management work such as establishment of regulations,inspection and assessment.
