聚氨酯含量对盾尾密封油脂性能的影响

摘要 采用市售单组分聚氨酯(SPU),制备了不同SPU含量的盾尾密封油脂,研究了SPU含量对盾尾密封油脂锥入度、泵送性、抗水密封性及粘附性的影响。结果表明:随着SPU含量的增加,盾尾密封油脂锥入度、泵送性减小,抗水密封性和粘附性增强。当SPU含量由0%增至12%时,盾尾密封油脂锥入度由201.33降至141.40;当SPU含量≥6%时,粘附性测试时钢板在10min内的下移距离为零,盾尾密封油脂可以抵抗3.5MPa水压;泵送性受温度影响随SPU含量的增加逐渐减小,当SPU含量为0~12%时,盾尾密封油脂在-5~50℃范围内的泵送性增大幅度为39.31%~12.16%。 Commercially available single-component polyurethane(SPU)was used to prepare shield tail sealing grease(STSG)with different SPU contents.The effects of SPU content on the cone penetration,pumpability,anti-water sealing property and adhesion of STSG were studied.The results showed that with the increase of SPU content,the cone penetration and pumpability of STSG decreased,while the anti-water sealing property and adhesion increased.When the SPU content increased from 0% to 12%,the cone penetration of STSG decreased from 201.33 to 141.40.When the SPU content was≥6%,the falling distance of steel plate in 10 min during the adhesion test was zero,and the STSG could resist the water pressure of 3.5MPa.The effect of temperature on the pumpability gradually reduced with the increase of SPU content.When the SPU content was 0~12%,the pumpability of STSG increased by 39.31%~12.16% in the temperature range of-5~50℃.
