菱形齿辊的设计和加工研究

摘要 近几年中国刨花板生产能力持续呈上升态势,带动刨花板生产设备不断进步。机械式分级铺装机作为刨花板生产线的核心设备,一直是人造板设备制造企业的研究重点和发展对象。菱形齿辊组件作为机械式分级铺装机中的关键部件,它的设计制造质量的高低关系到铺装机铺装刨花板板坯效果的优劣。总结分析了菱形齿辊的菱形齿生成的机理,阐述如何通过对菱形齿的模型计算,程序化完成菱形齿的各参数设计,介绍了一种通过数控旋风铣床参数化程序化完成菱形齿辊的加工工艺,为进口菱形齿辊国产化替代的设计制造提供参考,为高品质批量化生产菱形齿辊提供技术支持。 In recent years,the particleboard production capacity in China has been continuously rising,which drives continuous development of the particleboard production equipment.As the key equipment in particleboard production,mechanical classi-forming machine has been specially studied and developed by the wood-based panel machinery enterprises.As key part of the mechanical classi-forming machine,lozenge tooth roller assembly plays an important role in the mat forming performance,which related to its manufacturing quality.This artile summarized and analyzed the manufacturing principle for lozenge tooth mechanism in the roller,described how to complete the lozenge tooth parameter design through modular calculation.This article also introduced a manufacturing process for the lozenge tooth with numetric control cyclone milling machine through parametric control in program,which provides reference for the design and manufacture of localized lozenge rollers to replace import rollers and provides technical support for local mass production of high quality lozenge tooth rollers.
