基于程序升温的煤耗氧速率与气体产物排放的相关性研究

摘要 采用程序升温实验系统,在通入流量为100 mL/min干空气的条件下将煤样加热至200℃,通过气相色谱仪对气体产物进行连续测量,得出CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),C_(2)H_(4)浓度随温度升高时的变化趋势.以耗氧速率与气体产物排放速率为基础,对高温氧化阶段耗氧速率与气体产物排放速率之间的关系进行线性拟合,结果表明:煤与氧的反应有利于生成CO_(2)而不是CO,C_(2)H_(4)产生速率与耗氧速率之间相比于CH_(4)存在更好的相关性. The coal sample was heated to 200℃ under the condition of flowing 100 mL/min dry air by temperature programmed experiment system,and the gas products were continuously measured by gas chromatograph.The variation trend of CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),C_(2)H_(4) concentration with the increase of temperature was obtained.On the basis of oxygen consumption rate and gas product emission rate,the relationship between oxygen consumption rate and gas product emission rate in high temperature oxidation stage was fitted linearly.The results show that the reaction of coal and oxygen favors the formation of CO_(2) rather than CO,furthermore,the correlation between C_(2)H_(4) production rate and oxygen consumption rate is better than that of CH_(4).
