摘要
采用Deform有限元软件对Q195花纹板轧制花纹成型过程进行数值模拟,分析花纹成型过程金属流动规律及不同压下率对花纹成型质量的影响.结果表明:900℃,压下率为14%,厚度为2.00 mm花纹板轧制过程中,花纹应力为76.2 MPa,花纹与基板之间的“过渡区”应力为261 MPa,不均匀变形主要产生在“过渡区”.随压下率(14%,17%,20%)增加,“过渡区”应力增大,花纹高度增高,当压下率为20%时,花纹底座形状良好,花纹高度适中,花纹板花纹成型质量最佳.
The rolling pattern forming process of Q195 diamond plate was numerically simulated by Deform finite element software,and the influence of metal flow law and different reduction rate on pattern forming quality was analyzed.The results show that the stress is 76.2 MPa,the stress of the transition zone between the pattern and the substrate is 261 MPa,and the uneven deformation mainly occurs in the transition zone when the diamond plate with a thickness of 2 mm is rolled at 900℃ with a reduction rate of 14%.The stress of transition zone increases with the reduction rate(14%,17%,20%),and the pattern height increases.When the reduction rate is 20%,the pattern base shape is good,the pattern height is moderate,the diamond pattern forming quality is the best.
