摘要
由于机电产品设计在众多领域中广泛应用,因此具有多领域、多学科的特点。为提高机电产品的设计质量从而赢得市场,可以借助于计算机辅助概念设计系统来进行设计。对于以机电原理、结构、知识为基础进行的的产品开发,机电产品的概念设计非常关键,能够保证机电产品的可实现性和制造性,起到指导性作用。首先,提出了基于UG NX平台中MCD(Mechatronics Concept Designer)的机电产品概念设计方法,解决传统的机电产品概念设计中存在的不足,保证产品的可实现性,降低设计成本、缩短生产周期,有助于灵活进行方案更改,适应机械时代产品周期更替;然后,介绍了基于MCD的机电产品概念设计的特点;最后,以五子棋设备的概念设计为例来说明基于MCD的机电一体化产品概念设计的方法与步骤,设计结果验证了方法的可行性,并为机电设备的设计与改造升级提供了一种新的思路。
Due to the multidisciplinary integration,complexity and importance of mechanical and electrical product design,the use of computer-aided conceptual design system for mechanical and electrical products to complete the conceptual design of mechanical and electrical products is an important way to improve the design quality of mechanical and electrical products and win market competition.The conceptual design of electromechanical products is very critical,which can play a guiding role in the development of products developed and created based on electromechanical principles,structures and knowledge,and ensure the realization and manufacturing of electromechanical products.Firstly,in view of the shortcomings in the conceptual design of traditional electromechanical products,a conceptual design method of electromechanical products based on MCD(Mechatronics Concept Designer)in the UG NX platform is proposed to ensure the realizability of products,reduce design costs and shorten production cycles.Helps to flexibly make program changes and adapt to the product cycle change in the mechanical era;Secondly,the characteristics of the conceptual design of electromechanical products based on MCD are introduced.Finally,taking the conceptual design of backgammon equipment as an example to illustrate the methods and steps of conceptual design of mechatronics products based on MCD,the design results verify the feasibility of this method and provide a new idea for the design,transformation and upgrading of electromechanical equipment.
