涂层老化数值模拟与数据处理的研究进展

摘要 [目的]涂层老化的数值模拟研究取得了丰硕的成果。[方法]综述了研究涂层老化失效机理、寿命预测、在线监测的模拟分析与数据处理方法。[结果]对于涂层老化失效机理,可以就光氧老化、热氧老化、机械应力老化等微观或宏观特征进行模拟。对于涂层寿命预测,可以建立基于老化特征的模型或基于不确定性数学的模型。对于涂层老化的在线监测,电化学监测和老化特征监测是两个主要途径,所得数据可用于腐蚀数据库的建立及基于大数据的模型开发。[结论]引入人工智能是涂层老化数值模拟与数据处理的发展趋势。 [Introduction]Fruitful achievements have been yielded in the research on aging behaviors of various coatings by numerical simulation methods.[Method]The simulation analysis and data processing methods for the research on aging-caused failure mechanism,life prediction,and online monitoring of coatings were reviewed.[Result]The failure mechanisms of coatings due to aging effects can be simulated based on the microscopic and macroscopic characteristics related to photooxygen aging,thermal oxygen aging,and mechanical stress aging.The models for predicting the service lives of coatings can be established aging properties based on oxidation kinetics or the theories of uncertainty.The online monitoring of coating health can be conducted according to the electrochemical signals or the aging-caused variations in coating properties.The monitoring data can be used for the establishment of corrosion database,as well as for the development of models based on big data.[Conclusion]The introduction of artificial intelligence is one of development trends in this field.
