AP系列压水堆核电厂冷态性能试验风险识别与管理

摘要 AP系列压水堆机组(如AP1000、国和一号等)相较于M310机组的冷态性能试验,在试验压力及温度、水压试验边界、试验过程安排等方面存在较大差别。本文结合三门、海阳AP1000的冷试准备和经验反馈及国和一号沙盘推演的成果,梳理和分析AP系列压水堆冷试准备及实施风险、应对措施,为后续AP系列压水堆冷试准备及实施的安全、质量和进度管理提供参考。 Compared with cold performance test of M310 unit,AP series pressurized water reactor unit(such as AP1000,GUOHE ONE,etc.)is quite different in test pressure and temperature,hydrostatic test boundary,test process arrangement,etc.This paper combs and analyzes the risks and countermeasures of AP series pressurized water reactor cold test preparation and implementation based on the experience feedback of Sanmen and Haiyang AP1000 cold test preparation and implementation and the results of Guohe No.1 sand table exercise,so as to provide reference for the subsequent AP series pressurized water reactor cold test preparation and implementation safety,quality and schedule management improvement.
