Standards of the"whole chain"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration service mode

为推进医养结合,加快老龄事业和产业发展,实现健康老龄化的目标,我国各地积极探索医养结合服务模式。但目前我国医养结合服务处于起步阶段,发展尚不成熟,不能有效融入社区和家庭中。因此,本文将从概念、服务内容与要求、服务流程与要求、服务质量评价与改进几个方面对“全链式”智慧医养结合服务模式标准进行阐述,以期更好地推动“全链式”智慧医养结合服务模式的普及应用,促进老龄健康和医养结合服务发展。

To promote the integration of medical service and elderly care,accelerate the development of the aging industry,and achieve the goal of healthy aging,various regions in China have actively explored the service mode of medical service and elderly care integration.However,at present,the medical service and elderly care integration in China is still in its early sta-ges and the development is not yet mature,making it difficult to effectively integrate into communities and families.There-fore,this article elaborates on the standards for the"whole-chain"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration service from several aspects,including concept,service content and requirements,service process and requirements,and service quality evaluation and improvement,so as to better promote the popularization and application of the"whole-chain"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration,and to potentiate the development of elderly health and the integration service.
