目的本研究目的是制定“回归居家式”智慧医养结合示范基地建设标准,为居家式养老服务中心建设提供参考标准。方法采用政策分析、文献分析方法和专题小组讨论,制定“回归居家式”智慧医养结合示范基地建设标准。结果本研究从基地等级划分、基地建设基本要求和基地智慧化建设基本要求方面制定了相应的标准。结论本研究初步制定的“回归居家式”智慧医养结合基地建设标准明确了智慧化居家医养结合服务中心的建设要求,为养老服务设施建设提供了基本依据。同时,也为社会力量参与养老服务体系建设提供了明确的设施建设条件,为提高养老服务质量,满足老年人多样化的需求,推动养老服务体系的建设与发展做出努力。

Objective To develop construction standards for"Returning to Home"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode demonstration bases,providing a reference for the construction of home-based eldercare service centers.Methods Policy analysis,literature review and special group discussions are employed to formulate the construction stand-ards for"Returning to Home"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode demonstration bases.Results This study established standards in terms of base level classification,basic construction requirements and basic requirements for intelligent construction of the bases.Conclusion The preliminarily developed construction standards for"Returning to Home"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode demonstration bases clarify the construction require-ments for intelligent home-based medical and elderly care integration service centers,laying a basic foundation for the con-struction of eldercare service facilities.Furthermore,the standards provide clear construction conditions for social forces participating in the construction of the eldercare service systems,aiming to improve the quality of eldercare services,meet the diverse needs of the elderly,and promote the construction and development of the eldercare service systems.
