学习型社区居家智慧养老模式的现实基础与突破路径——以成都市为例

The Realistic Foundation and Breakthrough Path of Learning-Oriented Community-Based Smart Home Care for the Elderly:A Case Study of Chengdu

在人口老龄化进程加快的背景下,社区居家智慧养老必将成为积极老龄化的动力和支撑。社区居家智慧养老不仅是实现老年人现代化的重要路径,也是推动养老服务供给侧结构性改革的有效手段。文章设计了一套包含智慧养老认知、智慧养老情感、智慧养老意向、智慧养老行为、智慧养老道德5个一级指标以及20个二级指标在内的智慧养老素养评估指标体系,并开展实测。结果显示,老年人智慧养老行为指标得分较低,智慧养老认知、智慧养老情感、智慧养老意向、智慧养老道德指标得分相对较高,智慧养老素养培育应更多地关注实践操作层面。因此,要以社区老年教育为切入口渐进式提升老年人智慧养老素养,构建学习型社区居家智慧养老模式。在提高社区老年教育质量、重视老年人价值、充分展示智慧生活优势的过程中,逐步形成学习型社区居家智慧养老新生活。

In the context of an accelerating aging population,community-based smart home care for the elderly will inevitably become a driving force and support for positive elderly care.Smart home care for the elderly is not only an important path to the modernization of the elder,but also an effective means of promoting structural reforms in the supply side of elderly care services.The article designs a set of smart elderly care literacy assessment indicators,including five first-level indicators(smart elderly care cognition,emotion,intention,behavior,and ethics)and twenty second-level indicators,and conducts practical measurements.The results show that scores are relatively high in cognition,emotion,intention,and ethics of smart elderly care,while the score in behavior is lower.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the practical operational aspect.To this end,community-based education for the elderly should be used as an entry point to gradually enhance their smart elderly care literacy,aiming to build a model of learning-oriented community-based smart home care for the elderly care.In the process of improving the quality of community education for the elderly,valuing their contributions,and fully demonstrating the advantages of smart living,a new lifestyle of learning-oriented community-based home smart elderly care will gradually be formed.
