浅谈工程机械设计中轻量化技术的应用

摘要 如今,我国已步入崭新的发展阶段,在深化工业机械设计改革的过程中,各种超大型与重型工业机械设备体积大、运输不便等问题愈发显著。此时,积极推进工程机械的轻量化设计,对我国工程机械设备制造业的发展有着积极影响。基于此,文章从轻量化材料、工艺、结构装配优化与仿真设计4个层面,讨论了工程机械设计中轻量化技术的应用,旨在为行业发展提供助力。 Now,China has entered a new stage of development.In the process of deepening the reform of industrial machinery design,the large volume,inconvenient transportation and other problems of all kinds of super-large and heavy industrial machinery equipment have become more and more significant.At this time,the active promotion of the lightweight design of engineering machinery has a positive impact on the development of China’s engineering machinery equipment manufacturing industry.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the application of lightweight technology in engineering machinery design from four aspects of lightweight materials,process,structure assembly optimization and simulation design,aiming to provide impetus for the development of the industry.
