石油化工行业自动化仪表的安装调试探讨

Discussion on Installation and Debugging of Automatic Instrument in Petrochemical Industry

自动化仪表是石油化工企业中的一项关键装置,若是其性能存在缺陷,就会对石化企业的日常生产活动顺利开展带来影响。同时,自动化仪表性能的正常发挥取决于安装与调试工作。因此,本文首先对石化行业中常用的几种自动化仪表类型展开分析,然后探讨其安装调试技术,以供同行参考借鉴。

Automatic instrument is a very key device in petrochemical enterprises.If there are defects in its performance,it will affect the smooth development of daily production activities in petrochemical enterprises.At the same time,the normal performance of the automatic instrument depends on the installation and debugging work.In this paper,several types of automatic instruments commonly used in petrochemical industry are analyzed,and their installation and debugging technologies are discussed for peer reference.
