汽车桥壳液压胀形工艺增压系统设计

摘要 目的:为稳定提升汽车桥壳制造质量,需要对相关液压胀形工艺展开详细分析;方法:将位移控制作为管坯的内部压力主要控制方法,对汽车桥壳液压胀形的增压系统进行优化设计;结论:采用位移控制与压力控制的双重管坯内部压力控制方案,可以获得基本匹配满足汽车桥壳的制造标准的汽车桥壳产品;结果:在设计汽车桥壳液压胀形增压系统时,合理提升汽车桥壳液压胀形处理质量。 Objective:In order to steadily improve the manufacturing quality of automobile axle housing,it is necessary to carry out a detailed analysis of the related hydraulic bulging process.Methods:The displacement control was taken as the main control method of the internal pressure of the tube billet,and the pressurization system design of the hydraulic bulging of automobile axle housing was optimized.Conclusion:The double internal pressure control scheme of tube billet with displacement control and pressure control can obtain the automobile axle housing products which basically match and meet the manufacturing standard of automobile axle housing.Results:When designing the hydraulic bulging pressurization system of automobile axle housing,the quality of hydraulic bulging treatment of automobile axle housing was reasonably improved.
