数字化转型如何促进企业高质量发展--基于自然资源基础观的视角

How Does Digital Transformation Promote High-quality Development of Enterprises

在数字经济快速崛起的背景下,数字化转型对实现中国企业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于2013—2022年2516个中国A股上市企业所组成的非平衡面板数据,结合自然资源基础观理论,探究了数字化转型对实现企业高质量发展的影响。研究发现:企业数字化转型能显著促进其高质量发展,其中企业的绿色创新能力发挥着中介作用;对高管拥有绿色经历的企业而言,数字化转型对其高质量发展的促进作用更为显著。因此,政府应加速推动企业数字化转型,鼓励企业构建基于数字资产的竞争优势;企业需加强数字技术与绿色技术的深度融合,着力打造可持续发展的新模式;管理者要重视自身绿色经历的塑造,努力实现人力资源与企业战略相匹配。

In the context of the rapid development of digital economy,digital transformation is of great significance to achieve high-quality development of Chinese enterprises.Based on the non-balance panel data composed of 2516 Chinese A-share listed enterprises from 2013 to 2022 and combined with the basic theory of natural resources,this paper explores the impact of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises.The findings demonstrate that digital transformation can significantly promote the high-quality development of enterprises,with the green innovation capability of enterprises serving as an intermediary factor;for companies whose executives have a green experience,digital transformation plays a more significant role in promoting their high-quality development.Therefore,the government should accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises and encourage enterprises to build competitive advantages based on digital assets;enterprises need to strengthen the deep integration of digital technology and green technology,and strive to create a new model of sustainable development;managers should attach importance to the shaping of their own green experience and strive to match human resources with corporate strategies.
