基于TOPSIS模型的贵阳市水资源承载力研究

摘要 水资源承载力是保障城市健康有序发展的关键。从水资源系统、社会经济系统与生态环境系统角度出发构建了贵阳市评价指标体系,采用熵权法确定了指标权重,运用TOPSIS模型对贵阳市的水资源承载力进行了研究。结果表明:贵阳市水资源承载力的主要驱动因素是水资源系统与社会经济系统;产水模数、污径比、人均水资源量与工业用水重复率是评价贵阳市水资源承载力的关键指标;2017~2020年间贵阳市水资源承载力均处于临界超载水平,但水资源承载力呈上升趋势,2020年较2017年水资源承载力的抗超载水平提高了57%。 Water resources carrying capacity is the key to ensure urban healthy and orderly development.The evaluation index system of Guiyang was constructed from the perspectives of water resources system,social economic system and ecological environment system,the index weight was determined by entropy weight method,and the water resources carrying capacity of Guiyang was studied by TOPSIS model.The results show that the main driving factors of water resources carrying capacity in Guiyang city are water resources system and social economic system.Water production modulus,dirty diameter ratio,per capita water resources and industrial water reuse rate are the key indexes to evaluate water resources carrying capacity in Guiyang.From 2017 to 2020,the water resources carrying capacity of Guiyang City was at the critical overload level,but the water resources carrying capacity showed an upward trend.Compared with 2017,the anti-overload level of water resources carrying capacity in 2020 increased by 57%.
