摘要
高性能混凝土是建筑工程中的常用材料,文章研究高性能混凝土的应用方法,确定了原材料的类型,提出高性能混凝土配合比设计、拌和、运输、浇筑、振捣、养护几个关键阶段的施工要点,检验高性能混凝土在7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d的抗压强度,实测结果显示,该混合料具有良好的抗压强度,超过构件的最大设计应力。考虑到高性能混凝土施工细节较多,还强调了应用该类材料时的注意事项。
High-performance concrete is a commonly used material in construction engineering,this paper studies the application method of high-performance concrete,determines the type of raw materials,puts forward the key points of construction in several key stages of high-performance concrete mix design,mixing,transportation,pouring,vibration and maintenance,and tests the compressive strength of high-performance concrete in 7d,14d,21d and 28d,and the measured results show that the mixture has good compressive strength,which exceeds the maximum stress of the component.Considering that there are many details in the construction of high-performance concrete,the precautions when applying this type of material are also emphasized.
