关于既有建筑规范化改造的思考

Thoughts on the Standardized Transformation of Existing Buildings

由于城镇化的高速发展,我国既有建筑存量基数越来越大,安全隐患和使用功能不健全等问题也日益凸显。在这种情况下,我国既有建筑亟待维护与改造。既有建筑通过改造能够重新焕发活力,同时带来了较多不规范的问题。文章对既有建筑含义、改造类型加以阐述,并对既有建筑改造中存在的问题进行剖析,旨在提出可供参考的建议,以期有效推进既有建筑规范化改造。

Due to the rapid development of urbanization,the stock base of existing buildings in China is getting larger and larger,and problems such as potential safety hazards and imperfect use functions are becoming increasingly prominent.In this event,it is urgent to maintain and transform existing buildings.Not only rejuvenates the existing buildings during the renovation,but also brings many irregular problems.This paper expounds the meaning and transformation types of existing buildings,and analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of existing buildings,aiming at putting forward some suggestions for reference,so as to effectively promote the standardized transformation of existing buildings.
