摘要
双碳目标背景下,如何将高密度开发与绿地建设统筹协调起来,是值得研究的课题。TOD模式成为城市高密度开发的重要并且有效模式之一,本文研究城市公园与轨道之间的不同关系,试图探讨如何使绿地高效利用,并与城市空间更好结合,最终实现协同增值效果。
In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,how to coordinate high-density development and green space construction is a topic worthy of study.The TOD mode has become one of the important and effective modes of urban high-density development.This paper studies the different relationships between urban parks and rail transit,and tries to explore how to make efficient use of green space and better integrate it with urban space,so as to achieve synergistic value-added effects.
