房建工程地下室防水施工技术难点分析

摘要 设计地下室时,必须要考虑其抗震性要求,同时,还要注意地下室的防水性能,因为抗震性直接影响建筑物的使用寿命,所以,研究地下室防水技术十分必要。目前,地下工程质量控制主要通过施工单位的管理来实现。但是,由于建筑结构的复杂程度越来越高,在这种情况下,要保证地下室的防水效果,就要加强地下室施工过程的监督和检查,确保其达到标准要求和规范。 In the design of the basement,it is necessary to consider the seismic performance requirements and simultaneously pay attention to the waterproof performance of the basement.Because the seismic performance directly affects the service life of the building,it is necessary to study the basement waterproof technology.At present,the quality control of underground engineering is mainly realized through the management of the construction unit.However,due to the increasing complexity of the building structure,in order to ensure the waterproof effect of the basement in this context,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection of the basement construction process and ensure that it meets the standard requirements and specifications.
