党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对毛泽东等党的领导人提出的“第一个结合”“让人民来监督政府”以及“两个务必”等重要论断进行了丰富与发展,提出了“第二个结合”,给出了“第二个答案”,形成了“三个务必”等重要理论创新成果。“两个结合”拓展了中国特色社会主义道路根基,打开了理论和实践创新更为广阔的空间,造就了新的文化生命体。“两个答案”从内外两个方面为我们党跳出历史周期率提供了重要保证,从党政两个角度和前后两个时期对跳出历史周期率问题进行了接续探索和思考。“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”是“三个务必”的首要目标;“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”是“三个务必”的核心要点;“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”是“三个务必”的鲜明特质,蕴含着对当今世界百年未有之大变局的深刻洞察。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,In the process of promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has enriched and developed the important assertions put forward by Mao Zedong and other Party leaders such as“the first combination”,“letting the people supervise the government”,and“two musts”,and made significant theoretical innovation achievements such as“the second combination”,“the second answer”,“three musts”and others.The“two combinations”have expanded the foundation of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,opened up a broader space for theoretical and practical innovation,and created new cultural life forms.The“two answers”provide important guarantees for our party to break out of the historical cycle rate from both internal and external aspects.We have continued to explore and reflect on the issue of breaking out of the historical cycle rate from the perspectives of the Party and government,as well as from the two periods before and after.The primary goal of the“three musts”is to never forget one’s original intention and remember one’s mission;the core point of the“three musts”is to be humble,cautious,and work hard;the distinct characteristic of the “three musts”is that they must dare to struggle and be good at fighting,which contains a profound insight into the unprecedented changes in the world today.
