Research on the Official Admonitions of the Korea Dynasty Influenced by Fine Traditional Chinese Culture

朝鲜王朝官箴是生长在中国域外的汉文化之花。朝鲜王朝时期,在本土制度推动和学习借鉴中国优秀官箴的基础上,以性理学派为主的统治阶层,于15-19世纪期间,创造出了在地官箴书和官箴文化,并经历了由肇始与发端、形成与发展、成熟与衰落的发展过程。朝鲜王朝的官箴书包含了官员从政原则与道德、从政路线、从政技术等方面的丰富内容。官箴书注重官员自身的修齐治平,重视以民为本,强调官员自律,重视内容的可操作性,但也存在鲜明的阶级性。官箴书的流布、宣讲与推广,对朝鲜王朝的地方治理、思想启蒙和行政文化产生了深远影响。

The official admonitions of the Korea Dynasty were a typical example of how influential the Han culture was overseas.During the 15th and 19th century,the ruling class of the Korea Dynasty,with officials mainly influenced by the thoughts of Zhuzism,created their own official admonitions and admonition cultures propelled by the development of its own political system and by learning from fine Chinese official admonitions.The Korea Dynasty’s official admonitions,though rising to popularity and maturity,fell eventually into decline.The contents of the admonitions of the Korea Dynasty were rich,including principles and moral standards involving politics,the road map in political career and techniques in dealing with politics.They emphasized officials’moral cultivation and self-discipline,and people-first concept,and the applicableness of the contents.Though having positive effects,the admonitions only served the ruling class for the consolidation of governance.The spread,advocate,and promotion of the official admonitions exercised a deep influence on local governance,thought enlightenment and administrative culture of the Korea Dynasty.
