论习近平文化思想的形成背景、核心要义与实践路径

Background,Core Essence and Practical Path of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture

全国宣传思想文化工作会议首次提出“习近平文化思想”,为新时代党的宣传思想文化工作提供了科学的理论指南和行动路线图。文章系统分析了习近平文化思想的形成背景,并基于习近平关于宣传思想文化的系列重要论述,以“七个着力”为切入点,对习近平文化思想的核心要义作出剖析。文章认为,做好宣传思想文化工作,开展新时代文化建设,要把中华民族现代文明作为新时代文化建设使命和重要遵循,以“两个结合”为基本原则,以文化“两创”为基本方法,推动建设社会主义文化强国,担负起新时代新的文化使命。

The National Conference on Propaganda,Ideology and Cultural Work first proposed“Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture”,providing a scientific theoretical guide and action road-map for propaganda,ideology and cultural work.This article systematically analyzes the historical background of the formation of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture,and based on Xi Jinping’s series of important discussions on promoting ideological and cultural values,with the“seven focuses”as the starting point,and analyzes the core essence of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture.The article believes that in order to do a good job in propaganda,ideological and cultural work,and carry out cultural construction in the new era,we should regard modern Chinese civilization as the mission and important guideline of cultural construction in the new era,take“two combinations”as the basic principle,and use cultural“two creations”as the fundamental method to promote the construction of a socialist cultural power and shoulder the new cultural mission of the new era.
