团体心理辅导对调节和干预大学生心理健康的积极作用及影响机制

摘要 关注、干预大学生心理健康是高校心理教师的第一要务。文章运用实证研究方法探究如何有效提升大学生心理健康水平。研究之一,使用随机对照实验设计,探讨团体心理辅导在提升心理健康方面的效应。研究之二,构建一个带调节变量的中介模型,以探索团体心理辅导提高心理健康的内在机制。结果表明:团体心理辅导对大学生个体心理健康有积极影响,并且个体的群体认同能通过提升人际关系满意度,进一步提高其心理健康水平;社会支持的感知在该中介机制中具有调节作用,进而为未来心理健康教育工作机制的改进和育人模式的优化提供了实证依据。 In recent years,university students have exhibited increasingly adverse psychological states and behavioral tendencies.This paper uses the empirical research method to explore how to effectively improve the mental health level of college students.Study 1 used a randomized controlled trial design to investigate the effect of group counseling on improving mental health.In the second study,a mediation model with moderating variables was constructed to explore the internal mechanism of group counseling to improve mental health.The results show that group counseling has a positive effect on individual mental health of college students,and individual group identity can further improve their mental health through enhancing interpersonal satisfaction.The perception of social support plays a moderating role in the mediation mechanism,which provides an empirical basis for the improvement of the working mechanism of mental health education and the optimization of education model in the future.
