摘要
丹江口水库水域面积广,深度大,污染来源分散且类型多,水库水质保护管理难度极大。为支撑水库水质超前预测预警,提高对突发污染事件的应对能力,基于新一代信息技术,在汇集海量监测数据的基础上,研发高效高精度水动力水质机理模型、水质在线动态推演技术、水质浓度场三维仿真技术,模拟库区水流三维运动及污染物扩散过程,研发具有水质监测分析、在线推演、预警分析、态势预演、预案管理功能的水质安全“四预”平台,并成功应用于2021—2022年旱涝急转条件下丹江口水库总磷变化趋势及污染风险分析等实际管理工作,为中线水源工程供水水质保障管理提供有力支撑。
Danjiangkou Reservoir has a feature of wide water surface and large depth,which leads to great difficulties in water quality management due to dispersive and diverse pollution sources.In order to support prediction and early warning of reservoir water quality,and improve decision-making in response to emergencies,based on the new generation of information technology,high-precision hydrodynamic water quality models,online water quality simulations,and three-dimensional simulation technology for water quality concentration field have been developed on the basis of collecting massive monitoring data.These technologies simulate the three-dimensional movement of water and the diff usion process of pollutants in the reservoir.A water quality safety“four pre”platform is developed,including functions of monitoring and analysis,online inference,warning analysis,situation rehearsal,and emergency response management.This platform has been successfully applied to actual management work such as the changing trend of total phosphorus and pollution risk analysis in Danjiangkou Reservoir during the sudden drought-flood reversal conditions between 2021 and 2022,providing strong support for the water quality management of the middle route of the south-to-north water transfer project.
