摘要
数控加工技术是一种基于计算机控制的先进加工技术,具有高效率、高精度、高稳定性等优点,为我国机械行业的发展提供了支持。然而,数控加工技术在应用中存在技术、设备、人才等多方面问题,如加工精度不稳定、设备价格昂贵、人才缺乏等。探讨了数控加工技术的优化路径,包括技术优化、设备优化和人才优化,以期提高数控加工技术的应用效果和发展水平。
NC machining technology is a kind of advanced machining technology based on computer control,with the advantages of high efficiency,high precision and high stability,which provides support for the development of the mechanical industry in China.However,there are technology,equipment,personnel and other problems in the application of NC machining technology,such as unstable processing accuracy,high equipment price and personnel shortage.This paper discusses the optimization path of NC machining technology,including technology optimization,equipment optimization and personnel optimization,in order to improve the application effect and development level of NC machining technology.
