混凝土喷射台车在京沈客专隧道施工中的应用

Application of Concrete Spraying Trolleys in the Construction of Beijing-Shenyang Passenger High-Speed Railway Tunnels

以混凝土喷射台车在京沈客专巨各庄隧道、梨花顶隧道等隧道施工实际应用为背景,介绍了混凝土喷射台车施工方法的要求,并从初期支护混凝土施工前准备、控制要点、喷射台车的操作以及控制要点等方面进行了阐述和分析。实践证明:混凝土喷射台车是掌子面快速掘进、开挖初期支护快速封闭成环的关键。混凝土喷射台车通过遥控控制喷射,大幅加快了进度、提高了质量、增强了人员安全和环境保护,在隧道初支喷混中可优先选择使用。

With the practical application of concrete spraying trolleys in the construction of the Jugezhuang Tunnel and the Lihuading Tunnel of the Beijing-Shenyang passenger high-speed railway as the background,this paper introduces the requirements of concrete spraying trolley construction methods,and expounds and analyzes the preparation before the concrete construction of initial support,control points,the operation and control points of the spraying trolley.It is proved by practice that the concrete spraying trolley is the key to the rapid excavation of the face and the rapid sealing and ring formation of the excavation of initial support.The concrete spraying trolley controls spraying by remote control,which greatly speeds up the progress,improves quality and enhances personnel safety and environmental protection,and it can be preferentially used in the spraying and mixing of the initial support of tunnels.
