《礼记》中的日常生活礼仪规范及现代启示

Daily Life Etiquette Norms and Modern Enlightenment in The Book of Rites

《礼记》是中国古代一部重要的典章制度书籍,记载了先秦时期礼仪制度的产生、内容及变迁,其中有很多关于日常生活中的礼仪规范,大致分为三类:一是仪表举止之礼,包括仪容端庄、举止稳重、衣冠得体、仪表整齐等;二是日常居家之礼仪,包括孝敬父母,尊敬长辈等;三是与人交往的礼节,包括待人接物之礼和公众场合之礼仪等。从这些礼节中体现出来了诚敬、孝道、尊人等道德精神内涵。这些日常生活礼仪规范及其体现出来的人文精神,对当下我们的德育工作仍有启发,我们在进行道德教育的时候要做到注意从小事做起,善于立规矩,同时要利用礼文化,来提升德育效果。

The Book of Rites is an important book of laws and regulations in ancient China.It records the emergence,content and changes of the etiquette system in the pre-Qin period.Among them,there are many etiquette norms in daily life,which are roughly divided into three categories:one is the etiquette of appearance and behavior,including the appearance of dignity,the stability of behavior,the appropriateness of clothing,the neatness of appearance,etc.;the second is the etiquette of daily home,including filial piety to parents,respect for elders,etc.;the third is the etiquette of communication with people,including the etiquette of receiving people and the etiquette of public occasions.From these etiquettes,the moral and spiritual connotations of honesty,filial piety and respect for others are reflected.These daily life etiquette norms and the humanistic spirit embodied in them still inspire our moral education work at present.When we carry out moral education,we should pay attention to starting from small things,be good at making rules,and at the same time use etiquette culture to improve the effect of moral education.
