[目的]探究积极型非正式组织对新时期群众文化建设的启示,满足群众日益增长的精神文化生活需要,不断提高群众文化的实践能力和占有水平。[内容]该文剖析了非正式组织的划分类型,明确了积极型非正式组织参与群众文化建设的必要性。指出了非正式组织的正向功能。[方法]通过文献查阅法和访谈法了解新时期群众文化建设现状,深入研究全国宣传思想文化工作会议精神,为新时期群众文化建设提出建议。[结果与结论]新时期的群众文化建设要以全国宣传思想文化工作会议精神为行动指南和根本遵循,从四个方面提出群众文化建设的建议。

[Purpose]To explore the inspiration of proactive informal organizations for the construction of mass culture in the new era,meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses,and continuously improve the practical ability and possession level of mass culture.[Content]The article analyzes the classification types of informal organizations,clarifies the necessity of active informal organizations participating in the construction of mass culture,and points out the positive function of informal organizations.[Method]By using literature review and interview methods,we aim to understand the current situation of mass cultural construction in the new era,conduct in-depth research on the spirit of the National Conference on Propaganda,Ideology and Cultural Work,and provide suggestions for mass cultural construction in the new era.[Results and Conclusion]The construction of mass culture in the new era should take the spirit of the National Conference on Propaganda,Ideology and Culture as the action guide and fundamental adherence,and propose suggestions for the construction of mass culture from four aspects.
