基于项目集的5G室内覆盖后评估方法研究

Research on Post Evaluation Method of 5G Indoor Coverage Based on Project Set

面对降本增效的背景下,5G室内覆盖规划及投资建设精准性已成为运营商关注的重点,简单套用通信建设项目总体投资后评估体系很难全面准确地找到5G室内覆盖关键问题,无法满足现阶段需求。通过分析项目集5G后评估难点问题,结合5G室内覆盖项目特点的基础上,针对性的设计评估思路,运用逻辑架构法和层次分析法搭建评估体系,构建评估模型和框架指标,完善室分精准价值评估体系,制定可量化指标和评分细则,提出了基于项目集的5G室内覆盖后评估方法。

Facing the background of cost reduction and efficiency increase,the accuracy of 5G indoor coverage planning and in-vestment construction has become the focus of operators,and it is difficult to comprehensively and accurately find the key issues of 5G indoor coverage by simply applying the overall post-investment evaluation system of communication construction pro-jects,which cannot meet the current needs.Based on the analysis of the difficult problems in the evaluation of the project set after 5G,combined with the characteristics of 5G indoor coverage projects,targeted design and evaluation ideas,logical archi-tecture method and analytic hierarchy process are used to build an evaluation system,construct evaluation models and frame-work indicators,improve the accurate value evaluation system of room division,and formulate quantifiable indicators and scor-ing rules.An evaluation method of 5G indoor coverage based on project set is proposed.
