基于模糊滤波的电力通信网络安全风险评估

摘要 针对现有电力通信网络安全风险评估存在评估结果平均误差和最小均方误差较大,评估结果无法实现对真实情况描述的问题,引入模糊滤波,开展对电力通信网络安全风险评估的研究。通过构建电力通信网络安全综合评估函数;利用模糊滤波,对电力通信网络安全在线辨识;计算模糊限位系数,实现对电力通信网络安全风险评估。将新的评估方法与现有评估方法对比得出,新的方法评估结果平均误差和最小均方误差更小,评估结果更接近实际。将该评估方法应用于实际可以为电力通信网络安全运维提供更加可靠的保障条件。 In view of the problem that the average error and the minimum mean square error of the assessment results are large,and the assessment results cannot describe the real situation,fuzzy filtering is introduced to carry out the research on the risk as-sessment of power communication network security.By constructing the comprehensive evaluation function of power communi-cation network security,using fuzzy filtering,calculating the fuzzy limit coefficient,and realizing the risk assessment of power communication network security.Comparing the new evaluation method with the existing evaluation method,we shows that the mean error and minimum mean square error of the new method evaluation results are smaller,and the evaluation results are clo-ser to the reality.Applied this evaluation method can provide more reliable guarantee conditions for the security operation and maintenance of power communication network.
